How to Remove Schema

Schema Markup from a previous store is displayed on the home page source of my current store, InscribedLife.com, that isn't in the theme.liquid file. How can I correct the content on lines 247 of the page source and remove 255-274 altogether?

Thank you for trying to help.

The content may be dynamically injected from an app that I no longer have access to since my iGifterz Store has been closed and is no longer accessible. The screenshots are attached. I'm just concerned that this critical warning from Google Search Console, "Target URL domain is outside the website URL domain," is hurting my ranking efforts. I hope you can guide me in the right direction.

Oh, I see this is SEO Schema. 

Line 240 to 251 you can change the igifterz.com to your website inscribedLife.com.

Line  255 to 274 that is store info like phone, address and logo. It can be remove. 

It should no longer be visible as text on the website because that is what will appear on Google if the robots crawl.

Where do I change it?  The content on rows 240 - 272 does not appear on those lines in theme.liquid.
