How to remove the persistent banner on mobile view?

How do I get rid of this Shopify banner that appears on every page of my site once a user scrolls down. This is only happening for mobile devices and the button that says “Actions” when clicked does nothing. 

Please help.

This is by default option after the admin panel login.

first logout admin (backend ) then after checking the private  browser
