How to remove the store catalog if Shopify account is no longer used.

Hello how is every one doing?

I have a dilemma , I had Shopify before and I no longer need it.

When I tried to delete the catalog from my instagram or facebook from the store 

it keeps telling me I have to ask owner to remove it.

How can I remove this catalog from Shopify from there if I no longer use Shopify 

if not I cannot sell anything without Shopify removing it.
