How to replace the hcaptcha with recaptcha?

How do I replace the Hcaptcha with Recaptcha? How do I remove the reference, after a customer submits a text on the contact form, to the captcha page but rather implement it in the contact page?
I have disabled the Shopify captcha in the preference but it still refers me to it and it is very annoying so I would want to make it like in all the online stores - the captcha to be in the contact page - no unnecessary references!
