How to resize/fit pictures from manufacturer's of our products to sell

We need to learn how to "resize" pictures that we get from our product manufacturers through email from them and sometimes just taking them off their website.

I want to "chat" with a support person as I have in the past but cannot find a way to connect.  

Please help!!!!

Shopify support is for platform issues they do not do the work for a business on things like product asset mgmt. 

So support will typically just give you a form answer that contains stuff like:

• pointing to simple 1 image at a time tool like https://www.shopify.com/tools/image-resizer 
• the internal admin image editor https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/image-editor 
• content  that can be found in posts here on the forums searching "resize images"
• app found by a search "resize images" on the app store
• desktop image editing software that can work in batches like irfanview
• pointing you to the experts directory to hire someone or a service.
