How to resolve multilingual issues with third party apps?

Hello,

 

Thank you in advance for your help.

For reference we are using the following third-party apps:

  • Reviews: Fera Product Reviews App
  • Translation: Transcy 
  • Cross-Sell: Rebuy Personalization Engine

 

Our website www.blankysleep.com operates in 4 different languages: FR, NL, EN, DE.

 

At the beginning, we used Langify in order to translate our website, but we quickly saw some limitations regarding 3rd-party app translations, especially on reviews - reviews being auto-translated/translated were a must for us.

 

Thus we went in search of other solutions and we only found 2:

  • Weglot, but we felt was too expensive for us, as we would fall into the 200euro/month category.
  • Transcy - which auto translated reviews

 

Due to price we went with Transcy and although it translated reviews perfectly we are having issues with the rebuy application as Transcy auto-translated product names on rebuys smartcart- Screenshot below for reference. 

As you can see from the image there is a discrepancy between our product name and the one in the rebuy smartcart.

Does any1 have an idea on how to solve this? Also if you have been in a similar situation do you have any app recommendations or solutions?
