How to resolve special character error when purchasing a domain?

I hope you are all doing well.

I was about to purchase a domain name, and I couldn't find the solution about the error message as below;

- First name must not contain special characters

- Last name must not contain special characters

The relevant screenshot is attached for your reference.

Your soonest assistance would be highly appreciated.

First, it looks like your screenshot includes some personal information that you likely don't want shared with folks on a public website - I recommend that you remove your screenshot so this information isn't visible, or edit your screenshot to include just your errors.

The error you're getting seems to be suggesting that you have special characters entered in for your first and last name in your 'Store Information' section of your Admin. These 'characters' could just be extra spaces at the start or end of your actual name. I recommend that you click the 'Edit Store Information' button, and then re-write your name in the info boxes, and then attempt your domain purchase again.
