How to save site edits as a draft

Hi! I'm wanting to edit a site (it's the Dawn 7.0 theme) but I don't want my edits to go live until a certain date. Is there a way to save site edits as a draft? I've looked but I can't find anything - am I just completely missing it? Thanks!

Sure. You can create a Duplicate of your theme and make edits in there. Whenever you are ready, you can publish it.
