I need to search the Inventory (Products > Inventory) by Collection; so I can export the products, set their stock levels and then import.
But I can't see how it's possible to search by "Collection". The search options are very limited. I can search by "Available > 0" — so products in stock. But that does not select products that I need to add a stock level to, but are not currently in stock.
Any ideas? Many thanks.

I found a work-around by creating a tag, and applying that to all the products in the collection (with bulk edit). And then in Inventory, I was able to search on that tag.
Hi @SpoonTree ,
This is Amelia from PageFly - a Landing Page Builder App,
Unfortunately, Shopify's native inventory search functionality doesn't allow you to search by collection directly. However, there are a few workarounds you can consider:
You can use the Shopify Admin API to fetch products by collection and then export the inventory data. This requires some coding knowledge, but it gives you full control over the data you retrieve.
There are third-party apps available that can help you manage and export inventory by collection. Some popular options include:
Stock Sync: Automates inventory updates and can help you manage stock levels across multiple collections.
Bulk Product Edit & CSV Import: Allows you to bulk edit products and export inventory data based on various filters, including collections.
You can manually export your product data and then filter it by collection in a spreadsheet application like Excel or Google Sheets. Here's how:
Export Products:
Go to Products > All products in your Shopify admin.
Click on Export and choose the desired export options.
Filter by Collection:
Open the exported CSV file in a spreadsheet application.
Use the filter function to filter products by collection.
I hope that my solution works for you.
Best regards,
Amelia | PageFly
