How to send a test order confirmation email when the order is for pickup?

When editing the "Order Confirmation" notification, the test email that gets sent defaults to the order being classified as a shipped order.  Within the notification code, however, there are some conditional statements that distinguish between an order being shipped, delivered locally, or being picked up.  I want to send a test email for when the order is marked as a pickup, but I don't see a way to distinguish that.  Is that functionality not there, or am I just not seeing it?  Thank you!

Hi, the Order Confirmation template should show that the order is being prepared for shipping. 
There are other templates for local pick up

Please follow the instructions below.

1. From your Admin page, click Settings on your left hand bottom corner

2. Go to Notifications, then under Local pick up, click the "Picked up by customer"

3.Then click "Send test"
