Hope you're doing well. As you want to set a minimum quantity on a product, you can try a Shopify third-party app called "MultiVariants - Bulk Order".

With this app, you can set a minimum quantity restriction for a specific product or set a minimum quantity restriction for the whole store. You'll get 5 days of free trial to explore the app. If the minimum quantity is not reached, a warning message will be displayed on the product and cart page. Without reaching the minimum quantity, the product cannot be purchased.
