How to set theme app extension in customer account page?

I created theme app extension for customer account page.

It works pretty good in my local environment. (like below)

This page can be seen when I go to this url from cli...

But the account content is not seem to be edit

when I go to this page from an online development store.

(I went to this page by clicking this button)

Is there any other settings necessary to edit this page?

I solved it by myself. The cause was that I had edited the liquid file of this page before. I reseted the theme file, then the gray-out part became editable.
