How to solve Mckesson CSV file upload issue on an ecommerce platform?

We are now a distributor for Mckesson products. How do we upload their CSV file on Shopify? Shopify is saying that the file exceeds the max amount of columns. Our Mckesson rep states that the CSV file should be compatible with Shopify.

Really hard to comment on this without seeing the file but one step you could take would be to compare the sample csv Shopify provides against what you've got. It might give an early clue as to what's different/wrong especially if the column count in the sample one is different.
