How to track orders redirected from a portal in a Shopify app?

 I have implement order/create webhook and also getting order data on my webhook end point when user done order from my app installed shop but i want only those order product on my webhook end point which are redirect from our portal . Basically  our Shopify app sync  Shopify store product to our portal and when user click on product on our portal we are redirecting to shopify store website  and user order that product or may be user select any other product from store website  so i want track this user activity or order that perform by user after redirection  ,there is any way to do this .
