How to trigger external api on contact form send ?

Hello,

I'd like to trigger a make.com scenario with a webhook each time someone sends a message with the contact form on shopify (with said message parameters : name, mail, etc ...) but I can't find any documentation that could help me do this.

Do somebody know how to do this kind of thing ? Maybe you have an other solution than a webhook ?
