How to turn off the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee on Local Pickup Orders?

Hi, I know that as of July 1, 2022 there is a $0.27 delivery fee automatically added onto Colorado orders per recent legislation, for third party delivery services. However, if the customer selects "Local Pickup" option - that fee is still on there. How do I turn this off?
