How to use hover to select the categories on desktop version menu

On my website if you go to check on the menu next to categories I have an arrow but I'd like to change it and to put it in order to go there with the mouse and then a window goes down and you can select the right category but without the arrow.

How can I manage?

I think you want change the click "Categories" menu item to hover mouse behavior, is this correct?

If yes, did you check your theme config have supported or not?
