How to view photos in order confirmation and voucher emails?

Hello,

when an order confirmation is sent via e-mail or a voucher is ordered. Can't you see the photos and if you want to print the voucher you can only print it without a picture?
also the terms and conditions are not sent in the order confirmation only as white sheets.
