Hreflang - No self-referencing hreflang

The Home, Simple Pages, Collection pages; they are all working fine when we check "Hreflang Inspector" for them.

But the issue is with product page. By checking things in details; I figure out that shopify have 2 product URLs

For ex. Below both links are for same product.

1. https://destinationtowels.com/products/icebergs-summer-tea-towel (Hreflang is getting passed)
2. https://destinationtowels.com/collections/tea-towels/products/icebergs-summer-tea-towel (Hreflang - No self-referencing hreflang issue is coming in semrush)

I would like to fix this issue with second link.

Any help will be appreciated.
