Why can't I hyperlink text in my blog post?

I'm having trouble hyperlinking anything in my blog. I've highlighted the text I want to link and the button lights up but it doesn't do anything when I click it.

Apply proper hyperlink tag.

Like this <a href="website link"> keyword</a>, This tag will letting the link.
