I am not able to view or remove items from my cart from online store.

Hi, I have recently noticed that I am not able to view or remove items from my cart from my online store. I have confirmed that is not just me but anyone viewing my store have the same problem. Is there a code that / script that I can insert into my theme to fix the problem, or an app that can fix the issue, I was trying to add an upsell app when I discover the issue, I have removed the app but the issue is still there.
