While I am in my shopify platform I have gone into check what my site looks like and it takes me to Word Press - Pick a language...However I am very nervous about doing anything as I don't want to lose anything or go somewhere that lands me into trouble and not regaining all my products that I have been spending weeks loading.
It seems like there might be some confusion or an issue with your website setup. Shopify and WordPress are two separate platforms, and it's unusual for a Shopify store to redirect you to WordPress.
To ensure the security of your products and data, it's important not to proceed with any actions or provide any sensitive information if you're uncertain about the situation. Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue:
1. Double-check the URL: Make sure you're accessing your Shopify admin through the correct URL. The official Shopify admin URL is typically in the format "your-store-name.myshopify.com/admin". Ensure that you're using the correct URL and not being redirected to a different platform.
2. Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can help resolve any caching-related issues that might be causing the redirection problem. Instructions for clearing the cache vary depending on the browser you're using. You can usually find these options in the browser's settings or preferences.
3. Contact Shopify Support: If the issue persists and you're still being redirected to WordPress, it's best to reach out to Shopify Support directly for assistance. They have the expertise to investigate the issue and guide you on the appropriate steps to resolve it. You can contact Shopify Support through their website or within your Shopify admin.
4. Keep your login information secure: As a precautionary measure, make sure you're not providing your Shopify login information on any unfamiliar or suspicious websites. Always access your Shopify admin through the official Shopify website or app.
Remember, it's crucial to exercise caution and avoid taking any actions that could potentially result in data loss or compromise the security of your store. By reaching out to Shopify Support, you can get personalized assistance specific to your situation and ensure the integrity of your store.
