I can not view my website while I am on the shoplift platform

While I am in my shopify platform I have gone into check what my site looks like and it takes me to Word Press - Pick a language...However I am very nervous about doing anything as I don't want to lose anything or go somewhere that lands me into trouble and not regaining all my products that I have been spending weeks loading.
