I can't find Add to cart in the product-template.liquid file

I am trying to add a size chart button under the 'Add to cart' button, however, I am at the last step where I need to insert the correct coding above the add to cart in the product-template.liquid file however I cannot find it...It says it may start with the following <button type="submit" name="add" but that I cannot find either. Ple
