I can't integrate a payment gateway on my store

I am based in South Africa and I have tried to integrate the payment gateways available in my country and none is working. My last option was PayPal and it's also not working.

On payment settings they show active status but when you want to pay on website it can't take you through to where you can capture payment details.

This is my second store, on the first one I had no problems at all. Please help I really don't know what to do because if I contact  the payment gateway support, it seems like they are also confused. Every solution they proposed is not working.

I would really appreciate your help, I am stuck since from last week.
