Hello, I'm in need of some assistance. Recently my Godaddy domain expired and I just re-purchased it, I just reconnected my domain to my shopify store but it hasn't been showing up as my "coming soon" page, I also can't seem to view my preview page either. I'm very worried because we are launching soon, hope the design is still saved.
Please help.
Looks like this: url is: www.totes-n-tees.com
Hello, @ann_liao_taipei.
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!
I've taken a look at your store (www.totes-n-tees.com) and I'm not seeing anything wrong with your domain. However, the "Coming soon" page means that you still have the storefront password enabled. If your store is subscribed to a plan, you can simply remove the storefront password to make your store live.
If you're still experiencing issues with previewing your store, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve this problem. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
I'd love to know if removing the storefront password can resolve the issue. Keep me posted!

I have the same issue, i didnt launch yet, but i need to preview my website. i have no restricted password. i cannot view the pages im making as a single page either. www.activeleia.com
Greetings, @activeleia.
Welcome and thank you for joining the thread.
I wasn't able to notice any issues with your store (www.activeleia.com) when trying to view the storefront and it looks like you were able to launch your store successfully since the time of your posting. Nevertheless, can you confirm if the issue has been resolved or do you still need help with this?
If you're still experiencing this issue, then we may also need to access your account in order to resolve the problem. However, as previously mentioned, we're unable to access your account via the Shopify Community. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and we can further assist you through live chat, email, or callback.
That being said, I noticed that you still have a few sections on the homepage that doesn't have content yet so your store is probably still under development. However, I think you're off to a great start, and I really like the styling/formatting of your theme. The font looks nice and unique, the alternating announcements is used effectively, and the signup offer looks professional. Have you considered using something like Shopify Inbox for interacting with customers live on your store? Also, as some merchants find removing the 'Powered by Shopify' message from the footer can make their store look more professional, would this be something that interests you?
