I can't recover my store because I lost access to my e-mail.

My Shopify store is heliosarmory.com, but I lost access to the linked email - westk@helios.business 

 How do I recover the store access in this case?

If you no longer have access to your email account, you may still be able to log in if you can remember your password. If you can remember your password and are able to log in, you can change your account owner email by following these steps:


  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Users and Permissions.

  2. In the Store owner section, click your name.

  3. Click View account settings.

  4. Log in to your account.

  5. In the Details section, click Change email.

  6. In the New email box, enter your new email address.

  7. In the Password box, enter your current password.

  8. Click Change email.

However, if you have no access to your password either, you can contact our support team so we can authenticate you as the account owner. Once we authenticate you, our support team can raise a request to our Accounts team for them to manually change the store ower email to an email you do have access to.
