This has been going on since mid-September. Shopify gave me a refund that I did not ask for. After that I tried to access my store and couldn’t. I got a blurb about a problem. I tried every week to contact someone in account support. They said they would resolve it but no one has responded. This week I’m trying to open my account. They are now blocking me saying there are too many malicious attempts. Excuse me?! And yesterday I received a charge from Shopify! Don’t you all keep track of who contacts you?! There are several tickets and I have been sent copies via email.
i want my store back. I don’t think it’s right I’m getting charged, I’m being proactive to resolve this situation. No one answers and on top of that Shopify blocks me…. with all due respect this is a horrible business relationship. I’m hoping someone will respond here.
