I just created an email template on klaviyo and i copied the html code to paste it on shopify email setting but it wont let me and i get an eror as in the image

I understand you are trying to create an email on Shopify using HTML. I wasn't able to see any attached image to your initial post, but feel free to reply and attach the image using the camera icon in the reply box.
Can you confirm for me where you are trying to paste this HTML code? If you are trying to edit your notification templates, those require "liquid" not HTML. If you are trying to change the email design templates when you go to Marketing > Emails > Shopify Email, you will not be able to use HTML there either.
