I want to move my domain away from shopify. It should go to a site hosted by infinitefree.com . The 60 days period is passed. I have an authorization code although I dont need it. I changed the nameservers and waited three days. Still it cant be moved: it looks like the nameservers are not published. What is the issue?

Could you let us know if the domain was purchased directly off of the Shopify platform? Or, was this a third-party domain connected to your Shopify store? I am just trying to get a better understanding of this so I can assist you accordingly.

If you purchased the domain on Shopify and are trying to move it to a new domain host but are having issues following the steps outlined in our Help Documents on Domain Transfers, then we'll want you to reach out to our Support Team via our Help Center so we can get you authenticated and dive into your domain settings to see what's causing this hold up.

If you are unable to successfully transfer the domain to another platform, you may need to speak directly with our live support to have a further look into the store. With that being said, you can get in direct contact with our live support by navigating to our Help Center. Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
