I couldn’t not set up bank for payouts

I'm having trouble adding a bankuu account because it keeps asking for two-step authentication, even though it's already set up and working. Despite being prompted to verify every time I log in, the system still won't recognize the two-step authentication and won't let me add the bank account.

Same issue here, opened a new stored and couldn’t add a bank account and it has been 4 days for me. Hoping they will resolve this quick.
