I dont have access to my account but shopify keeps charging me. I can not belive how horrible shopif

Shopify customer service is 0/100 garbage. The fact these people can make money at this just shows how **bleep** their customers are.

I have had no way to contact customer support and shopify charging me monthly to my credit card but I do not have access to the account becuase my son made it to play around and lost the login.

My bank says I need to cancel my CC and get a new one to get shopify away from me.

Someone plz get a admin to help me and stop my suffering wasting my time and money.

Every day longer my distain for shopify grows.
