I have a problem when join shopify.com

I can't join shopify website and I face "something prevented the captcha from loading. try disabling your ad blocker or reload the page"

This problem only occurs when connected to my Wi-Fi network. And shopify website not loading. How to solve this problem??

Hi there,


I would try a different browser as well as to clear all your cache and cookies and disable your 3rd party browser extensions like ad-blockers etc.

Are you using the Shopify Mobile App by any chance? As this issue usually occurs when you're using the mobile app with Safari.


Steps to resolve


  1. Ensure no ad blockers are enabled on your device or network.

  2. On your mobile device, navigate to Settings > Safari and ensure block pop-ups and content blockers are disabled.

  3. Within Settings > Safari select: Clear History and Website Data.

  4. Open Safari and login to Shopify.

  5. Once successfully logged in, open the Shopify Mobile app and attempt to log in.


After successfully logging into Safari on your mobile device, you should no longer encounter the error when logging into the Shopify mobile app.


If this issue is occurring on a desktop, please clear your cache as mentioned here and disable any ad blockers. Make sure your browser is also up-to-date as mentioned here and supported by us.
