Can you provide a bit more detail on the issue you are experiencing? What steps are you taking to lead to the white screen and from which page?

When I take a look at your store and go back to a previous page via my browser, everything appears as expected. With that said, I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the web browser you are using. I might also suggest trying this in another browser to see if we can narrow down where the problem might be coming from. If it works in another browser, then it’s likely just a cache issue.

Please let me know if the issue persists and we can look into this deeper.

First off, I just want to say I love your store and products - so beautiful! 

I took a look at your site on my mobile device and I am see the issue you are referencing. I'm not seeing it on Google Chrome though. Can you confirm that you are only seeing the issue on your mobile device as well? What kind of device do you use? 

With that being said, when did you first notice the issue? Have you made any recent changes to your website that may have affected the code of your theme?

Are you seeing a white screen when you access your store generally or when you click to the previous page as mentioned in this thread? Please let me know a bit more about the issue you're experiencing. If you can also send me your store URL, that would be fantastic!

In the meantime, I would suggest trying Google Chrome and clearing your browser of cache and cookies to see if that helps.

Hi @Holly we are having this problem with two of our stores (puremarket.rs and puritybox.rs). I don't think it is an acceptable solution for our customer to clear their cache so they can use the store uninterrupted. Did you find another solution in the mean time?
