i have setup pixel and uninstalled facebok now im trying to reinstall but its not installing

i setup facebook pixel with my store by mistake i uninstalled facebook & instagram app now im trying to reinstall again but its showing * You don't have this app installed* i clean the cache and tried with different browser but still i cant install, can you please help me to reinstall the faceboo&insgram app,
