I'm Attempting to Contact Shopify Support

I'm currently trying to contact customer support to ask some for some help but I'm getting nowhere in the support page. No matter what option I select, I keep getting looped around to the start and I'm not able to live chat or send a request.

I'd love to just simple get into contact with someone and ask some questions. Is there any way to get in touch with someone at Shopify? Thank you for your time.

Thanks for posting!

I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing our support channels! Do you have an account with Shopify? If so, head to the Help Center and log in. From here, select 'Contact Shopify Support' at the bottom of the page. Next, select the best option that pertains to your request, and again on the next page. On the last page, you will see Live Chat and Email at the bottom of the page.

If you don't have an account, select Login and then 'I can't login.' On the next page select 'I still can't access my account.' On the next page you will see the option to select Live Chat.

How can you mark this as "solved" it has not been solved. I have the same problem... have been trying to access support for days and NOTHING!

Here's how I was able to do so. I suggest LOGGING OUT entirely from Shopify and Shopify support. Once you're logged out, follow this link: https://help.shopify.com/en/support/login 

(What I'm about to type out may sound odd, but even if you're issue isn't with logging in, this was the only way I was able to chat with someone from Shopify, so bear with me).

Again, make sure you're logged out, otherwise you'll just keep seeing those support options that loop you around and get nowhere.

If you're logged out, you should see an option under the "Log in" button that reads "Can't log in to your Shopify account". Click it. 

After that, ignore the steps to reset your password and click the green button that reads "I still can't access my account". 

Scroll down to the bottom, and click "Chat with us". 

You'll be redirected to a page were you fill out a bunch of information on what's happening. Once you fill out what's needed and click on "Chat with us again", a small pop-up window will open where you will shortly be chatting with someone at Shopify. 

So yes, Skye's answer was the answer. Thus, this was solved.

Help! The customer service is horrible i can't get through to anyone and I can't have any of my problems solved. I really need to talk to someone and they won't let me. The bots arent useful at all. Don't they have a solution for when the bots don't work?
