we check to the web browser is working 100% but if you use a mobile web browser device to enter the website we encounter an erroe "there was a problem loading this website" while using mobile device we ask our friend to check on there end same error and some customer encounter using web browser mobile device same error. but if you use laptop or pc device the website is working fine and no error and such.

This will allow us to confirm that the issue is not related to a browser error. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed these steps below for you to attempt to see if this helps to resolve:
Clear your Cache and Cookies.
Access the shop in an Incognito Tab.
Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
Try Another Device.
Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App.
Make sure your device isUp To Date.
If after attempting all of the steps outlined above, you continue to receive that error, pleaseContact Usdirectly. It's likely just a cache issue, which local troubleshootingshouldresolve. If not, our advisor team can take a closer look and ensure it's resolved as quickly as possible.
