Hi Shopify Fam, My domain has expired and I need it renewed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PLEASE! I was told only someone from Shopify can renew the domain, and I was not sure how to get in touch. My domain is www.trplblux.com
I GOT THE EMAIL 5 AND 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DOMAIN EXPIRING, I PUT IT ON AUNTO RENEW AND IT STILL EXPIRED!! Please let me know what I may be able to do to not have this interruption happen again in the future?! Thanks for your help on this timely manner!
If you have noticed that a domain on the store has expired and you are unable to renew it. We will need you to login to your store using ourContact Us pageas this will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner. Once you have successfully logged in, you will then be directed to the Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar and hit enter.
Once the search results display, you should be able to locate theGet Supportoption that will appear below the search results. This will allow you to reach out to a Support Advisor once you have been authenticated.
