I need some help with adjusting my buy button and the checkbox text

Hi there, 

who can help me out? 
Because of the text at the check box my 'buy' button became huge. 

How can i change this properly? Perhaps the checkbox text in a longer section above the button, but somehow the width is restricted i guess?
