Hi,

 

I used to be able to write email to customer support. For almost a year I am unable to do so.

 

Can you please verify that email customer service is still available nd how to access it. I’ve followed directions as posted and it always opens a chat windows, which I do NOT want.

Thanks for the reply. 

 

So I understand that based on my experience Shopify has NO customer support.

I was getting a lot of fraudulent transactions and chargebacks and was recommended to install a Shopify APP which I did.

Technical staff from the app requested I contact Shopify for three pieces of information. 

I spent an hour in chat and was promised the info. I wrote a couple of times more and did another chat and now almost three weeks later I still don't have what I need for full activation of the app.

 

Shopify has degraded support, does not respond and makes me wonder why I am using and paying for it.

I did two chats requesting information that app Chargeflow team asked me more. Three weeks later and two hour long chats and Shopify customer support still has not sent the info. I do not want chargebacks and paid for and installed the the app.

 


Why does customer support not respond to me.

Hi Victoria,

 

Your chat support does not work. It says 5 min in queue, but it never actually connects. How do we get REAL support?
