I want to use my themes mega-menus for desktop and another mobile menu for mobile

My theme is Out Of The Sandbox : Flex theme
Paswd for my site: awskob

I'm using Meteor Menus for my mobile navigation. This works well in mobile until I attached one of the Flex Themes mega-menus to my desktop site. The mobile menu then stops working (it freezes). If I remove the desktop mega-menu then my mobile menu works fine.

Is this something to do with an event-listener? How can I use the flex theme mega-menus and the different mobile menu successfully?

Yes I used the Quikify mobile menu app and had it customised

The exact same problem with Meteor Menus, or the base flex theme by itself has an issue with it's mobile menu and mega menu?
