Image banner for mobile and desktop

I've tried using previous discussions that had the same question, however when I used the code the image banners would just not show even when I uploaded them. I'm trying to have a banner for desktop and mobile a good example would be https://drmersclub.com/ , if you switch to mobile you can see how it looks, any help would be much appreciated.

Sure, that isn’t my site 😂, mine looks similar but i’m just using it as an example of how I want the banner to look like on mobile and having the option to add a mobile banner.
