Hello. I’m still experiencing the same issue.
Hi,
Do you mean this one?
Hello! Yes, that’s the banner! It’s loads very slowly and eventually doesn’t show on mobile.
As you see on my Ss it working well on the mobile view on my end.
Really? I’ve received feedback from others about it not working and I tried it myself, it never loads up. I wish I could show it how it comes up for me, but my screenshot won’t upload. It just shows a box with a question mark. It doesn’t load up for anyone.
Hello,
is there any coding that you can provide? I’m still getting feedback that the banner isn’t loading. I wish I could attach the screenshot I have, but it won’t let me.
Hello.
I’m still having uses with my banner loading. Are you able to help provide the HTML?
Hello,
This is what a customer just sent me when he viewed my site. Are you able to help with this?
You just need to upload you gif to your file
Go to Content then go to file... click upload and import your gif and save then reload the store and thats it
