Image Banner not showing up on both mobile and desktop view

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with my Shopify store where my image banner is not showing up on either the desktop or mobile views. I've tried the following steps:

• Ensured the image is uploaded correctly and fits the recommended size.
• Double-checked that the section is enabled in my theme settings.
• Previewed the store in different browsers and devices.
• Added custom code to make the banner appear, but while it did work, the banner showed up on every page, which I didn’t want. Also, I prefer not to rely on custom code for this issue.

Despite this, the banner remains invisible. I’m using the Dawn Theme and would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue.

Second most probably it's hidden because of existing css.

I don't find any image banners in the source code.
Can you please double check, have you added it?

I deleted the code. Someone wrote a code I believe on liquid something to help me with the issue and it did work. However, it showed up on every page and I prefer the issue to be solved without any additional code on my part. Currently, the image banner is supposed to be showing up but it isn't. I can only see it when I am editing but neither in the view of moile and desktop. I have tired across multiple devices as well.

Still I don't see the hidden section in the source code. Maybe you forget to save it or there is any other bug in the theme.

Can you try to use a newer install of the theme ?
