I am adding new products to our store and the edit options are not available?
Crop, Resize are not showing up anymore?
Is this no longer available?
Hi, @donnamac!
Thanks for reaching out about this.
I've just tested this on my own store, and I can see that the image editing feature is available from within the Shopify admin's product page. When adding new products onto your store, you'll need to save them first to create the products. Once saved, you can open the Image Editor by going to the Media section of your product page, then clicking on the particular product image that you'd like to edit. You should then see the Crop, Draw, and Resize buttons on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
Are you in the process of launching a new product range or collection soon? Once you have your products and images sorted, it's also a good idea to start thinking about how you'll want to market your new products to your customers! This can be done using paid or unpaid methods. For example, you can market your new products through setting up a paid marketing campaign on social media, or for an unpaid option, think about how you can optimize your products' SEO to increase their discoverability too.
Let me know how you go with the information above! I'd be happy to answer any other questions you have.

Kim,
Thanks for the response.
I found that it was just one image that I was having the issue on.
Not sure why, we have used in in lots of listings before.
I just downloaded a new one from the vendors site and it was OK.
It was an image I had to put together to show a one-page size chart where the vendor had it spread over several different graphics.
I probably didn't format something right.
I tried to take down this post, but didn't have time to figure out how.
Thanks!
