Image not showing on product page after importing via matrixify

I have existing products from a site migration. I'm currently creating a new product with uploads via matrixify. I'm having problems here as the product images are not showing on the product page although they do show on search results etc.

Migrated products have no problems with the image not showing - any advice would be appreciated.
