Image urls are not consistent and keep changing

Hi!

I sent a list of our Shopify product image urls to some of our partners and they contacted me a few weeks later to tell me that the image urls aren't working anymore. 

I downloaded a product sheet and compared it to the initial one, and parts of the image url have changed.

For example: 

Old image: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0479/3548/8162/products/44450_7_2C34P._23_2CX_2CCDY-_235S_3C3AR_3C... 

New image:  https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0479/3548/8162/products/44450_7_2C34P._23_2CX_2CCDY-_235S_3C3AR_3C... 

These should both be the same. These are the same product. I haven't edited this product since before I sent the list out to our partners.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop this?

We have the same issue as well and cannot identify what is triggering this. Hoping there was a solution found in another thread?
