Image with text block has a light grey border around the image in Dawn Theme 11.0.0

After I uploaded and saved an image with a white background into the Image with Text block, I noticed that there's a light gray border around the image. The border is where my image ends. How can I remove the grey border? I'd like my image with a white background to blend in with the theme's white background.
