Image with text - image is not showing on mobile view or when screen is set to 480px and below

I used the default image with text section of Dawn theme and months ago it is working in mobile view but last week, when set to mobile view or 480px and below. The image in image with text section is not visible, tried to use different images and and even lowered the image size to around 80Kb still not working, smaller thumbnail sized images is also not showing on mobile view. 

Tried to use adapt height, small, medium large for height and still renders same results. 

Checked the code of image with text liquid and css there is nothing in there that targes 480px and below. 

Can you help me resolve this?
