Images not populating on shopping pages when viewed on desktop any browser.

On the shopping pages (not product pages or home page, those are fine) of our website. The main product images are not showing up on desktop in the shopping pages. I have tried clearing cache and it is just on desktop viewing that we have this issue. It is in Firefox and Safari and Chrome but it works fine in incognito window in Chrome. Other people are telling us of the issue in that they can also not see the images when viewing on a desktop
