Images with alt text are not being read by search engines

Dear Sir or Madam,
Images on my page do not use Alt text, and I would like to use this type of Alt text as it appears on this site. Every page and image on my website contains some SEO. They are not tagged by my SEO. We have checked and modified all the webpages repeatedly, but the reason remains a mystery. Is there a way to fix this? Does my alt text need to be hardcoded? In that case, can it be done in JSON?
